Lemon Myrtle: Traditionally used in gastrointestinal complaints such as indigestion and bloating. This Australian native contains a powerful essential oil called ‘citral’. Citral has found to be anti-viral and anti-bacterial, making it beneficial during colds, sinus infections, bronchitis and sore throats.

Lemongrass: Contains a rich source of antioxidants to combat free radicals and protect your cells from oxidative damage. It has been traditionally used to reduce bloating, spasms and flatulence. Lemongrass contains a citrus flavour, to wake up your cells and senses.
